I get the you forgot to initialize pop up but as soon as i close that it loads for a few sec then crashes. I even tried with a new char.

Ehh, is this mod not compatible with certain races or something? Cause I play as an orc and whenever I use the Complete Control spell on any npc their face gets all warped and weird, it adds my player's facial hair to them and makes their face look all... orc-ish.

yea, seem to do the same for most races, Argonians and khajiit have it worse. I played around and it seems that it always is my skin color and face masks that gets applied to the "new" body instead of the original one. I even tried with a fresh game without any mods (I totally removed everything I had). I play as my argonian all the time and no matter what other character I swap to, I keep my argonian's skin tone and face masks .... doesn't look nice.

Small bug:

 

When taking control of an NPC with the unarmed equipped¹ my character drops the unarmed² and functions as a follower otherwise.

 

I will be attempting to reproduce and derive greater detail on this bug over the weekend.

²Because it's equipable, this results in a second pair of your hands dropping, but they have no physics, and remain stationary

After using the spell i can't use the forge, or smelter or anything like this and when i use it, my target receives things such as my scars, lip colors, cheek colors. It may be a conflict but i have no idea wich mod may be causing it

also ysolda got a creepy face when i used on her (she came back to normal after using he spell to go back to the player, so i think this was just bad luck)

it's a great mod you have there keep with the good work and sorry for the poor english

The only bug I am having issues with is when I take over another actor they become my race. Causes them to look different. Another one i noticed is if i do not dismiss my main character before going back, the next time i take over an actor my main character becomes invisible, and only my clothes are visible.

This mod is great, love the concept, especially since it helps me set up animations for screenshots better. That said, so far the only bug I have encountered is that whenever I take control of another person, my girl returns to her default race look. I'm talking about Imperials here, her skin turns darker, her lipstick disappears among other things. If you can fix that, this will be one my all time favorite mods. Thanks again !

as much have said before i guess, i encountered the face texture bug. i guess it is not changing with the race change. i am using a khajiit male.

encountered one unique bug, after the switch with my follower. i found myself switched with a hideous face (above issue) and my character in front of me. suddenly i see my follower with her original clothes and weapons as if i used (placeatme) or something now there was 3 dudes. the altered player (or so called the controlled NPC), the NPC player that is waiting, and my follower with original armor.

encountered one more thing. i am a male khajiit and i want to control my female follower. if i cast the spell,and then open the ~ and sexchange and all that after the spell casting, when the script is finished i see the racemenu. if i click on R so i terminate the racechange my game CTD. i have to sexchange before i cast the spell.  i don't know if this is a bug from your mod or a conflict.

I get a bug when I change to someone else the mod goes through the stages its meant to. But when it gets to the end I get CTD's everytime. I am using the Ningheim Race and I am wearing the AEsir armor. It might have something to do with having to unequip all the separate pieces in the AEsir armor which causes it to crash. I believe the script for the AESir armor the join the pieces together may conflict with this. I am yet to try this out without the listed things above.

Just tried it without the AESir armor and no Ningheim race and it still crashes. Unsure why.

AEsir armor is script intensive and doesn't always work as intended (sometimes equipment doesn't show or shows after equipping something else). The author has been working to patch it and he is releasing 1.6.0 sometime this weekend. Maybe try after the patch to see if the script adjustments help any.
