  1. Go into Windows folder options and set "Show hidden files". fallout4.ini should be there now. Just right click the file & go to properties and uncheck hidden. This worked for me.
  2. This is most likely one of Kyo's ENB's. I'm pretty sure all three of his ENB's has that rain falling on the screen effect, as well as a frost effect in cold weather.
  3. I'm trying to fix the flickering wall behind the mannequin in Proudspire manor. I found a fix on UESP.net, but have an issue with one of the instructions. I want to put the code in text files and execute it that way, but it said I need to replace the semicolons with new lines. I'm not sure how to do that. Could someone who knows how to do this please post a soultion, thanks. Source: uesp.net under graphical glitches
  4. If you are using a framerate limiter, make sure it's capped above 30fps, ex. 32 or above. Thats one that I know of the can effect load times. ENBs have a limiter option in enblocal.ini I believe. This may be true for all framerate limiters and Skyrim. Thats the only thing that came to mind, good luck.
  5. Before I started using ENB's, I used Ultra Realistic World Lighting. I would recommend that one.
  6. I'm assuming from your updated post you fixed your issue, if not, then M ENB has a good installation guide. M ENB
