  1. I have PM-ed you Insanity....let me know what you think. M
  2. Likewise! Only 7 years of pro acting experience..... https://soundcloud.com/matthewwade-2/sets
  3. I have to admit, i followed the link and find the set up for the forum there a little incomprehensible. I'm not sure quite how to follow what is needed and who is doing what! So have a look at my soundcloud, and if you want me to do any voices, let me know! Mat https://soundcloud.com/matthewwade-2/sets
  4. Lomekian Actor Stats Age: 35 Gender: Male Race: Mixed Last Updated: 15th August 2013 Active Member: Yes Playable Races: Nords, Elves, Imperials, Redguards, Khajit, Bretons (happy to try anything, but these are the ones I have done for Mods so far) Experience: Professional actor with 7 years paid stage and screen experience. Venturing into the voice acting market. Making a bit of money out of it, but mainly focusing on developing my portfolio. Have done voices for about 6 mods so far, including some major ones. Skills: Podcast quality mic, soundbooth editing software. Can provide in any format you want. Can do multiple accents, voice types and age ranges. I also write - sadly my attempts at making my own mods hit a brick wall! About Me: English. Actor. Writer. Unashamed fantasy, history and sports geek. Voice Samples: https://soundcloud.com/matthewwade-2/sets Also see my acting website for more! http://www.matthewwade.co.uk
  5. Happy to do your celtic adventurer - and any others you may have....just PM me... I am a professional British actor, and can do a range of scots/irish accents as well as obviously lots of English ones. There should be scots in the files https://soundcloud.com/matthewwade-2/bereaved?in=matthewwade-2/sets/character-voice-set https://soundcloud.com/matthewwade-2/character-frik-short-with?in=matthewwade-2/sets/character-voice-set For my full soundcloud character set: https://soundcloud.com/matthewwade-2/sets/character-voice-set
  6. Jumping in on this one! I am a professional stage, screen and voice actor, who has so far voiced about 20+ mins of dialogue on Interesting NPCs (Frik) and about 45 mins of dialogue on Atvir Dres (Raylin Dreylan). I have a good podcast quality mic and nearly 7 years professional acting experience. I hope to have audio samples up on my website very shortly, but until then my showreel may be of interest. And I am fairly well spoken and british, but comfortable with a range of accents. Also my girlfriend is a professional performer and writer, and is native Swedish, so can do the accents better than the original in-game actors! (I can of course provide sample files if required) Here's my website: www.matthewwade.co.uk, my soundcloud voice samples ( ) or contact me on [email protected] Lets talk!
  7. I'm a pro and looking for answers to the same questions. At the moment I am just scanning interesting looking mod topics!
  8. Hi Mekii - I didn't get a notification of your response, so you may need to msg me in case this gets lost! Did you mean dialects or accents? I have a good ear, but some come more easily than others. I can certainly (with fairly broad brush strokes in some cases) do most of Britain, and I have professionally played Australian, French, French-Algerian, Cuban, Arabic, Southern USA and West-Indian characters as well. With regards to other accents, its hard to know until I try working on one, but I can say with a degree of certainty that I find sustaining Welsh, East-Asian or Eastern Europe hard. I am also currently learning Italian, so that should be a performance level accent soon! I am not the kind of person to say I can do a Scandinavian accent without being sure, unlike a lot of mod voicers! If I can't do something to a professional standard I'd rather help you find someone else. As for how high or low my voice can go, as an actor I have a decent vocal range, but its a hard question to answer and depends a little on accent/ character etc. I am adding stuff to my Soundcloud all the time at the moment, so there may be more of interest on there, but alternatively message me with a request and I will have a go. Mat

  10. Daedric summoning diagrams. The idea is that mages try to formalise the Thu'um as a series of individual and specific spells just like their own spells. Hmm... this bit may need a rewrite. As an Englishman I can say that you've done a good job. In my experience Dutch people speak almost as good English as the Swedes and better than most English speaking countries. Perhaps the problem sentence could be resolved by simply adding the word 'arcane'in from of diagrams? Or perhaps " trained from initiation to inscribe their diagrams of invocation with Words of the Dovah, seeking patterns where there are none"
  11. Thank you! Its ironic after all the bloody hours of wrestling with the thing that it should be something so simple!
  12. Bizzarely, having managed to get a partially voiced new NPC of my own creation that worked outside of follower dialogue, I lost my recorded voice files with a file problem. I tried re-recording. NO joy. I tried editing my existing mod taking away the dialogue, quest, voice and follower status and starting again. Nothing I tried creating a new mod with one npc and one line of dialogue using exactly the same technique as had worked before. Nothing. Now I can't get a single npc to say even hello using custom dialogue, even though the files are in the right place, they are recognised in the CK, play fine on other software and exist in .wav & .xwm format. The character functions as both an npc and follower as long as i don't try to use a custom voice type. Its almost as if the CK updated and changed its functionality. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing as that seems to fix some bits on the Ck when it breaks down, such as face importing, but nothing. I'm pretty sure the process should be= create npc in the usual way. create new voice type. Link that to the npc. Create a new quest (say AAAdialogue) - link that so that it only applies to your npc using the question condition. Go to misc tab - choose topic (Hello) - Create an entry in topic info - add and record using topic text. generate lip file (check recording has been successful) - exit and save. Is there something else that i need to do that i am missing? Anyone got any ideas why this process has suddenly stopped working?
  13. Along with a long standing struggle to make a uniquely voiced follower that works with the current range of follower enhancement mods (can't quite work out to create a fully functioning follower script from scratch), I am struggling with another. As we all know the actor face editing in the CK is not as user friendly or seemingly as detailed as that in the game. So I have attempted to use the SPF function to create NPC files of characters I want to build into what will be a fairly major mod. This has worked fine, but my CK crashes/freezes every time I try to import one. Yesterday I was able to import it once but only if I only loaded skyrim ESM and not into my ongoing mod file, and today it won't even do that. Does anyone have any experience of this or suggestions?
  14. Does anyone know how to make the import work on an existing mod loaded as an active file? I can do it if I only use the ESMs but as soon as I set a file as an active mod, importing a face sets the whole thing to crash
