Why did you say I don't think there is a problem, it doesn't even qualify as a problem. It's redundant don't be an ass for no reason. If I think that it's strange that my interiors do a significant jump to 60+ while my exteriors are doing 30-32 then I believe there is a problem. I'm just asking for an explanation If you can help somebody understand what's going on in their game I think you should do so. But you may be right and it may just be my system. Would it be possible to add animations to combat, such as new swing animations. And furthermore is it possible to add new aspects of combat it seems there can only be (concerning 1h and 2h) 2 fluid swings and a power attack w/ left,right,back,forward attacks, Could someone make it so there are 3 fluid swing animations for standing still which could be modified w/ power attack, left attack, right attack, back attack, and forward attacks in a similar way that the vanilla 2 swings is fluid (for instance attack, attack, left attack- attack, attack, attack - attack, attack, power attack - attack, attack, back attack) At the same time it seems possible to make all attacks stagger this can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AH7rAa_Vr9A#t=25 But replacing the stagger with a more subtle stagger. Subsequently would it be possible to add and pair new stagger animations with the fluid attacks mentioned above. Also (I'm pretty sure this is possible but it might not be) having single attacks hit multple enemies in range (regarding 1h and 2h). Giving the whole combat system the feel of an action game.

So it's possible just requires a ridiculous amount of work and the major fps drop is unavoidable because I assume skyrim's engine wouldn't allow the world to load as it comes into view of the player (the way other games make seamless interiors and extreriors possible) instead of loading the whole world at once? If the part about skyrim's engine isn't the case then it becomes interesting.

Is it possible, what are the limitations, what would be the benefits. Is it possible to fully open all cells in Skyrim to make one cohesive world. Similar to the Open Cities mod just taking it to it's extreme.

Looking for a skyrim mod that puts less emphasis on the skill level/perks as they are and more emphasis on the type of equipment being used and at the same time restricting use of equipment based on skill level/perks. When I say restricting use I mean implementing handicap debuffs to the player when equipping and using items they aren't ready for such as reduced swing speed/movement speed/damage output/block speed etc. and as your skills improve to the set skill level or perks required for that item the debuffs decrease until they fully disapear.

The only thing that changed was the installation then uninstallation of real clouds.
