Nexus Mod Manager focus group needs more help
MrsHandy replied to TheTokenGeek's topic in Site Updates
I'm not sure what it would mean to be part of the focus group, but I would be interested in possibly participating. I would like to say that the Mod Manager really is a top notch program. I really enjoy using it! The experience of modding and playing with mods today is so much improved over what it was 8 - 10 years ago... so much less frustrating - so much more fun! Thanks for all the hard work!!! -
Hello! Is anyone interested in making a stand alone broken bottle weapon? Damage would be low... But it's easy to craft!

Hi! It irks me that I cannot use Mentats to hack a higher level terminal. Is it possible to give a drug a perk effect? Such as: " Plus one rankmin Hacker skill for 60 seconds" Thanks to your help!

Forming a modding team, looking for volunteers!

Could you give any concrete details about the direction of your project? -
Cool! Is there a saved game viewer application available?

Hi! Does anyone know if it is possible to view, transfer or copy data from a saved game file over to an .esp file? For instance: would it be possible to build a settlement in your game and then save it, and then use another program to transfer the saved item positioning data from the saved game into an .esp? Is it possible to read the data that is stored in a saved game so that the info can be copied and pasted into an .esp using FO4Edit? Just curious! Let me know what you think about this idea. Thanks

Hi! I have a quick question for you more experienced modders our there! If I were to set an item in game using the console would I be able to retrieve its exact positioning coordinates also via the console? And, if I were able to get those coordinates, would I then be able to create an .esp that adds that item as a new record in the same cell, using FO4Edit, placed at the same coordinates, and have it appear exactly in that spot in any game that is running that .esp? In other words could I arrange things in game, copy their coordinates via the console and then recreate that arrangement using FO4Edit? Theoretically, of course! Thanks for any advice you may have to offer!
