I saw these pictures and thought they would make a great mod. They are what the doctors that dealt with the black plague wore. It should be easy enough to modify the stormchaser hat and regulator duster to look like these. There could be a quest to go along with them where you find a dead body with this attire with a note leading to a group of people that want to kill all the gouls, stop a disease, or something.
