Spoiler and quote tag update on Nexus sites

Updated the Nexus site code to include support for spoiler tags in comments and updated the quote code slightly to look a bit better.

Ah, great. They work at file pages and stuff too :).
That saves a huge amount of trouble of putting ridiculously huge fonts/colors to indicate a spoiler otherwise.
