Is it possible to add the in-game-clock to the HUD?

I have still no feelling for the game-time. The clock is available in the Pip-Boy, but nobody will look there.

I would like to change the time format in DD. MM. YYYY and if possible in 24 hour clock too.

Can someone make this mod or guide me to the files?
