[Nanolathe]

I hate it when I line up a good shot with my laser rifle and then, to my astonishment the target, even if it's a heavily re-enforced Sentry-Bot or, God forbid, a behemoth crumbles into grey dust.

Is it possible to remove this effect from Laser Weapons (Pistol, Rifle and Gatling variants) while keeping dismemberment and Swap the effect into Flamer Weapons (both common and unique)
