Ok this request is probably a big one. It would involve someone grabbing every soundbyte of R Lee Ermey they can lay their hands on and then replacing the voice of Mr. Gutsy, RL-3 (Wait... RL 3? R LEE 3rmey?), and the Medic Power Armour.

May even get some "Eat Plasma" quotes, he's been in a number of sci fi flicks as well as a previous fallout.
