Are we there yet~?

I don't expect anyone to post a link to a mirror right here, I'm well aware that the author asked for his mod to be pulled for some reason. I'm more hoping that maybe someone might be able to better direct me via PM to where i might be able to replace it ^^ Now you might be thinking "Hold on, he wanted the mod pulled, this topic is over", but hear me out.... I recently lost my hard disk and had to reinstall from scratch but I DID have a relatively recent backup of my saves. For 3 years I had this mod installed and I was able to use it and enjoyed it, so who's rights takes presidence, the right of the author to retract his creation, or the right of an existing user, to carry on using something he has owned and used for years - could a writer ask you to destroy the copies of a book that he has written but you have read and own a copy of? I really want to be able to carry on playing where I left off, I'm a good 160 hours in, but I can't without his mod :( Is anyone out there in a position to restore the status quo of my mod list?

I know what Nexus is like for not allowing people to upload content from other sites without authors explicit consent so I figured I'd post this I havn't done NWN modding in many years nor have any interest in all the work needed in repackaging and moving my old work over to NWN Nexus but I know a lot of my content is still in use out there (Notably in the CEP), so I just thought I'd put up a formal notice saying that if anyone does wants to use my content, either to simply reupload or to use in a recompilation they *do* have my permission. On a side note it was a pleasure to work with the NWN community best part of 5 years and glad to see it's still alive and well even today ^_^ - Ryuujin I figure this thread might be useful for posting similar permission confirmations just to streamline things for the mod community so we don't get the problems the Oblivion and Skyrim nexus communities have with imported content from other Oblivion/FO modding sites being deleted for lack of permission to reupload ^^
