  1. I'm working on a .bhv editing tool right now that might help you add those animations to Skyrim (you don't need 3ds Max to add animations to Skyrim). For now I would suggest using Josh's Behavior File Patcher http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15906/? and FNIS http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11811/? .   2. I'm working on hopefully making my tool support editing both Character/Object bhv xml files and Skeletal bhv files. Going to take a lot of guesswork without me finding more documentation. Which types of edits would you like to make to file? Add new animations to object?Or change the bone structure of file?
  3. Do you need any help creating a GUI interface for the tools? Almost done programming my XMLTagTree class and plan to work on a GUI code generator later.
