Iv done this already and cant be asked to write as much :L but all rounded up is... where would i go about doing to make my own NPC (new imperial solider cuz the original ones are crap) baseicly a new base id so can spawn him ? i have made ones before on fallout contruction kid but i hear skyrims one isnt out yett? ... yett everyones making mods anyway soo .. yeah any ideas?

Well ya see i like to do faction wars as im sure when everyone gets bored of a long day of a elder scrolls game they start screwing about like on console command.. spawning and what not. but yea storm cloaks and imperials are alright to watch fight, even thou the imperials are stupidly weak ¬_¬ but id rather start a little war with the thalmor so i was wondering where i would go to get a programme of somsort like fallouts construction kit but i hear skyrim dont have one yett? correct me if im wrong. Id rather a imperial with full heavy armour and the *full* helm which weirdly enough none of the original imperials soldiers actually wear in the game :S and well have there power relatively similar so there have well rounded fights cuz atm the thalmor slaughter everybody i throw at them .. unless its me ofc :P but yeah thats i gotta say lol :D
