Hmmm, I'm unsure of the quality of my microphones, but I'd like to know more about some of the male characters?

Okay, so I decided I want to make a main menu replacer mod. I want the background to be a picture, but I also want the smoke to remain animating in front of it. Is there a way to make that happen? I've never modded beyond replacing some audio in oblivion, so any help is appreciated.

I figure, the skeletal structure is very similar, so it seems feasible.If there's a problem with Copyright, I don't think a carbon copy is required, just maybe an "Infested Queen of Blades" that's 'inspired' by Starcraft. Also, as a companion mod, maybe a hairstyle and Stealth-suit (or a dwemer-fied version of the stealth suit) to either play as or have Sarah Kerrigan (or 'Kara Serrigan' :P) as a Follower.
