If anyone wants to change .wav files into .xwm so they can be played in game all you have to do is open up the .bat file and change this - for /r . %%T IN (*.xwm) do @xWMAEncode.exe "%%T" "%%~pT%%~nT.wav" To this - for /r . %%T IN (*.wav) do @xWMAEncode.exe "%%T" "%%~pT%%~nT.xwm"

I believe you can bar fight in Whiterun, you can bet 250 gold against a woman in iron armour and if you win the fight you get 500 gold and she becomes your companion.

Unfortunately every single texture mod that I used before the update now doesn't work, so I'm using a no steam crack for the time being, until either steam stops encoding the executable like Bethesda said they wouldn't. Or until a less frowned upon alternative is available.

You should still be able to run it better than a PS3, as long as your graphics card is above the minimum specs. You might not be able to run the game on ultra but if you can run New Vegas you can run this. A Requiem for the Capital Wasteland is purely a script that allows data from a legitimate copy of Fallout 3 to be used along side New Vegas. The mod is impossible to run without Fallout 3 being fully installed with all of the .bsa files being needed and therefore should not be considered as a 'port'. Furthermore the author of the mod has not uploaded any files from Fallout 3 and therefore is not breaching any copyright laws. An example of another mod that does this would be Baldur's Gate Trillogy, the mod that merges all of the Baldur's Gate games and their expansions into one huge game. All it uses is a script to copy over data from one legitimate copy of the original Baldur's Gate to the sequal. Just like A Requiem for the Capital Wasteland does.
