  1. Thanks for working on this! It's difficult to have fun in Fallout 4 without a mod like this, and the old one seems to make the game crash eventually, same goes for Endless Warfare which has some serious issues. Looking forward to trying your work and helping with beta-testing!
  2. Sorry I had to reupload it. I noticed I had spanish voices for some reason in the ini, so I changed from Voices_es.ba2 to Voices.ba2. You can download the fixed version now! Updated my first post.
  3. Don't know what the problem is, but I've uploaded my fallout4.ini for you onto my mega account: https://mega.nz/#!vwYFnSzK!_9z_BDkYp2-f3TAyGFLDjim2naP3btlgMXIMQG7EYhU Maybe it will work after you move it into your Fallout4 folder in /My Games/. Hope this helps!
  4. I recently reinstalled my PC with new hardware and installed the game. When I try to play the characters voices can't be heard at all, and no one opens their mouths when they're supposed to (like that vault-tec representative at the start of the game, both his and my characters mouths remain closed when there's a voice-less dialogue going on). All other sounds work fine (even baby-Shauns crying at the start is heard). I have tried a bunch of solutions but none has worked for me... Made sure speaker system is set to Stereo (I have 2.1)Tried switching to 5.1, disabling center and back speakers (it then plays all sounds from the two main speakers) but to no availReinstalled Directx located in the Fallout 4 folder.Rebooted PCMade sure voice volume slider was set to highestVerified integrity of the game on SteamTried without mods and with mods - same results Any help would be very appreciated. I did a lot of searching online and none of the solutions I've found so far have helped me. Thank you. Njorunn. Edit: Solved!! I finally figured it out on my own! For anyone else with this issue, go to your Fallout4.ini file down to [archive] and check this line that starts with "SResourceArchiveList=Fallout4 - Voices.ba2". In my ini for some reason it was set to "Voices_es.ba2" which means it tried to play spanish voices (no idea how that got there..). All you need to do is to change the name to the language your game uses. Hope this helps someone else!
  5. Even though I think Nexus can be a bit too strict with their moderation at times, it beats me why someone would ever choose a site like bethesda.net over the Nexus (consoles would be the only reason I suppose). Whatever you feel about the Nexus, they are good at dealing with immature people who harass and berate others. Beth's site doesn't seem to be good in that department at all. I didn't have the pleasure to try out L0rdofWars mods yet since I just recently got the game, but I do hope he returns to modding if he found it enjoyable and continues to deliver wonderful content for the community. (I also dread at the idea of beth's site gaining monopoly of the modding community seeing as they have corporate interests motivated by greed (just as most other large companies). Thus seeing a return of paid mods where a high percentage of the income would go to them and not the modder wouldn't surprise me at all.)
  6. How do you filter out all these mods/pictures then? Even though I've been a member of the site for many years, I've never figured out how to use this filter or whatever it is.
  7. Same here! I can't wait for a big overhaul (something similar to Project Nevada)!
  8. Don't forget that it's the big corporations that are trying to impose this new standard - not modders themselves. They do this mainly for personal profit - using modders. It's absurd in so many ways. If a big majority of modders would band together and decide this - it would have been a completely different thing.
  9. Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I had to remove all traces of my ENBs since having steams broadcasting is like having the UI active continuously. Sadly there does not seem to be any fix for this, since Boris is done working on those series.
  10. Hello! Is there any way to change the colour of the fonts and/or pipgirl in-game? (tired of the default colours!) I tried http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43395/? - but I only got it working for my Fallout 3 installation. Is there any other way for to change this for Fallout: New Vegas? Thanks in advance!
  11. Hello! I have issues with my ENB for my Fallout: New Vegas game and Steam. Whenever I get a pop-up message on steam (a friend logs in, someone writes etc) and I play F:NV, any characters on the screen get transparent. Like they're missing their torso, legs/arms and so on. As soon as the pop up window goes away, it's back to normal. I have another ENB for Skyrim, and it works fine with the steam overlay. The reason I made this thread is to figure out if there is some common knowledge about F:NV in particular and ENBs, does this happen to other people too? Or is this perhaps an isolated case connected with my current ENB preset? I'm running the steam beta client and I tend to stream my game a lot to my friends - this problem is persistent constantly in F:NV now as soon as I stream, since it counts as the steam overlay being active all the time making it nearly unpayable from a visual standpoint. Any solutions or suggestions would be appreciated! Perhaps I should simply try changing to another preset? 12. I'm getting mine out next month. Enjoy :p
