The Folders were all automated, nothing was really changed except for the Drive. As it seems the problem was Human Error, was trying to replace the wrong files in the wrong folder from the start, but it did not occur to me. Everything runs as it should now. Thank you for your help! Even though the information I provided was insufficient, you really helped. I apologise for any inconvinence this might have caused.

Yeah, sorry about that, forgot to add the details. Vortex is installed on: E:/ The Game is: Fallout 4, Located on E:/ The Download Folder is Located on: E:/ The Staging Folder is located on: E:/ Most probably Windows Defender is irrelevant on that matter. I'm using Hard links as far as I know. The problem seems to be a folder path... You will be informed as soon as it is resolved.

So... I've hit a bit of a snag when I tried to replace a .dds texture file, then I noticed that Vortex converts everything into .lnk. The situation is this: I've installed a mod, and I want to replace a certain texture file with one of my own, now the question is; how can I do that without going through hoops and loops? Any Input is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

So true my friend... I hate all this nude mods REALLY HATE them, cause they're being made most times from pervs for pervs, specially the little nude girl i saw a picture a couple of days ago.(actually it was wearing a tiny bikini,but you got the point).Wish there were more people with sense nowadays.

Its from a Collectible Card Game called Magic the Gathering or MtG for short,the armor is that of a Plansewalker called Gideon Jura.
