i uploaded that file you asked for as FORTLDR or something like that. i had some tattooing to do so i was too busy to upload it sooner and when i got on the nexus today i saw some one had uploaded a less overpowered version of the targe, and i didnt want to take away from them. so its just a non descript file under your name.
