  1. When checking mod images, the drop down menu to choose between author images and user images, is imo not an improvement over the 'old' situation with the side by side buttons for author images or user images. It just adds one unnecessary click.
  2. In response to post #44123740. #44124255, #44128340, #44132470 are all replies on the same post. Let me start by saying that I really appreciate the work done by those who manage these nexus sites. It’s definitely the best thing that happened for modders and mod users of the supported games. I understand that the massive interest for SkyrimSE mods presents some challenges for hardware and software. On the other hand I also understand the OP’s message. It’s frustrating and annoying that still today it’s virtually impossible (for me in any case) to connect to nexus and download SkyrimSE mods. With the exception of hours when most people are either working or sleeping.
  3. In response to post #37730355. Confirmed
  4. Sometimes working. But often hangs trying to make a connection, it seems.
  5. Bendford is right. I have tested and can confirm. Personally, I use coverwomen and pretty lips mods. If I go in the CK to try and change the lip color of an npc, firstly i dont see a lip color, secondly i dont see any changes i try to make. I then disabled the textures related to mentioned mods (just temporarily rename .../textures/actors/character/character assets/tintmasks folder to something different), and next went into CK again. Now I did see lip color, and was also able to change it. Afterward the changed lip color was also visible in game, even after re-enabling the face mods, by renaming the tintmask folder back to its original name. The CK just does not show lip color, and is not able to change lip color, when you have high res lip textures active.
  6. I know that the animation of Lydia (and the other female housecarls) has been discussed before, and solutions are proposed to change the standing and walking animations. However, I have a specific problem that I have tried to solve for some time. Without success though, so I m turning to this forum for help. The situation is that I used NPCeditor to change the appearance of Lydia, and then disabled the use of opposite gender animations in the HousecarlWhiterun.esp, using the CK. I play through the game with different characters that all use Lydia as companion. Now the problem is that Lydia’s animations seem to be changed to female for only one of my characters/games, and NOT for the others. I so hope that someone can help me get this problem solved…
  7. OK , I had the exact same problem. No idea why. I dont use that many mods. The following worked for me, and got me out of the endless waiting for Somah to appear: open the console, then: prid 05000988 -- this targets Somah, (starts with 05, when MZ.esm is the fifth in load order) moveto player -- this puts Somah at the position of the player, no further advances or dialog though EnablePlayerControls -- this enabled the user interface, and - in my case at least - started Somah's dialog. From there the game went on as normal it seems. good luck
