I'm having trouble getting a mod to show up in the launcher when I manually install it (to XCOM 2/XComGame/Mods). But after I created a mod using the SDK and allowed it to install to the mod folder, all my manually installed mods show up correctly in the launcher. I can now add other mods from Nexus and they show up correctly. Before creating my own mod, these didn't show up in the launcher. So now I installed XCOM 2 on my laptop and copied those mods to the correct folder and again they don't show up in the launcher until I installed the SDK, recreated a mod and let it install it in the proper folder. Now everything show up correctly on my laptop. What am I doing wrong with manual installation? You shouldn't have to created a mod to get mods working.

I also have this issue -- no dialog option to start the quest. Frustrating!
