Are you running the Steam version? or a pirated version? I know Pirated versions are known to crash a lot for who knows what.

Have you tried verifying game files and cache?

You may have to reinstall Skyrim. One of the mods could have possibly changed a needed file to run. You can also verify your games files and cache, that could fix the issue.
