Have you tried deleting the .ini? then open the launcher game will make a new one

Wait , no way you have the same FPS read the install guide again, recheck your .ini and folders :) I am sure you can get playable FPS, check the nexus mods too there are a lot for optimization.

Ok played for like 4 hours went exploring, fighting doing some quests and building the settlement, the game runs smooth most of the time but the framerate is still a rollercoaster i get 40-50FPS most of the time but sometimes as low as 29 then jumps to 60 D: I also noticed that the game only uses 20-25% of my CPU is this normal?

The one i using is 1024 and gives me like 10 more FPS!! i am not out of the vault yet but i had to OC my GPU to 850MHZ and 1150MHZ gained like 8-10 more FPS lol ill report ack once i am out of the vault XD

Ya well i haven't started yet to explore but i can also play GTAV and TW3, that texture mod helped a LOT there is a 512pixels one too which i think i will end using, dunno why this game runs like a rollercoaster on FPS D:

God rays are off but shadow distance is now 2000 ty for the tip!!! do you know any way to lock the game at 30fps? :smile:

Hello and sorry to bother, i have no idea where to post this and i am sorry if i broke any rule :ohdear: My specs are: CPU: i7 920 GPU: AMD 5970 Ram: 8gb DDR3 I know my PC is now a bit ancient but i was thinking that maybe with mods like 512pixels textures and lowering the shadows, disabling godrays i could run the game at 1920x1080 ?
