I run windows 8.1 , but I have not instaled the game via steam... I will check faq, and inform you if I found solution there, thanks :)

Hello everyone, I have a serious problem. i have downloaded and instaled NMM, downloaded a couple of mods, using menager, and instaled them, but, when I run the game, mods don't appear. I checked the plugins, started game using menager, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone give me some advice about that?
