I like 90 degrees because that causes a lot less nausea and eye strain than the default (65). kudos to you sir, this has worked beautifully but i kept 1stperson at 75 also i modified other settings uExterior Cell Buffer=36 to 100 fGrassStartFadeDistance=7000.0000 to 15000 fGrassMaxStartFadeDistance=7000.0000 to 15000 game is running even better then before i was read that changing uGridsToLoad=5 to 9 will increase ram but i dont see it on my ini settings? mate you need to put it in, i put it either above or just below "uExterior Cell Buffer=" also, it sticks once you save so you will not be able to revert, unless you start again and it might wreck your fps though, but makes skyrim look so much better.

my computer it okay tbh [spec in sig] i dont plan on upgrading yet, and thats because it does perfectly well when playing skyrim. i used to have 2k texture pack installed, but i can live without it [since in drags abit when playing ultra with enb series] now i just use Medieval Fantasy ENB and mods like better smoke, realistic candles, 2k landscapes... etc. bear in mind ive got my ini configured to uGridsToLoad=9 etc. it bugs the hell outta me, those frozen waterfalls. so it manages, i've got other cosmetics: armor mods and stuff, tytanis... etc.... and it only ever crashes if i mess up with installing conflicted mods [its happened a few times, lol] i never play longer than 2-3 hours so thats another reason it doesnt crash i suppose [im sure it would if i did play longer, though...]
