  1. tittle says it all making a dungeon with some bosses and i cant get any Npcs to show up, whats up with that =D any help would be appreciated
  2. wow Dude thats Awsome Dling it now, as for help with Custom armor i am trying to learn how to import armors from Blender into the game successfully without turning into an invisible man =D. but i am really glad you replied i will start searching and working harder on figureing it out. but i will try to get in contact with some of popular 3d modelers on the nexus forums and see if they might be interested in doing some custom armor sets based on classic Rpg Classes.

  4. i agree the Npcs in skyrim are a bit stiff and emotionless and animations pretty much don't exist when in dialogue, this would be a great immersion mod, but it would take quite a massive amount of work (i would imagine) you should get a bunch of people to support this idea and send it to bethesda as a request =D <======== Supports this mod request!
  5. i Have been thinking about this for a while now and figured i would post it up here see what you all think of the idea. so basically what i was thinking would be really cool is to get a few good modders together people who have some Unique items they have already made and create new Very Difficult Dungeons with bosses that would drop those items, also give the dungeons cool themes and puzzles, copy dungeons like mistmoore manor for EQ2 and Karazhan from Wow i think it would be incredibly fun and not to difficult, and another thing is how fun would it be to use a mod like this with the unlimited follower mod you could bring like a group of ten to go take down bosses Grab loot for your companions gear yourself up and then get ready for the next dungeon which would be much harder, bosses would have more HP and hit harder, maybe even require more companions to help you take them down. i think this would be amazing and i don't know why no one has done anything like this... i don't know much about mods i have only done a few Retextures and currently trying to build myself a cool little dungeon(not very cool yet lol) but from what i have seen on mod sites this seems Very Achievable and well worth it and if anyone is willing to give this a try i would be more then happy to help in any way i can.
  6. Full process I go through. Open in nifskope Change user versions Delete shader and th invis marker Import into blender Delete skeleton Clear parent Save I've then add texture/image then map to uv then load the Uvs I saved Select all vertices assign to bp torso Re import bones select all and export. Now this is where I think I'm doing somthing wrong I open in nifskope I convert to bslighting shader property Then I change the num property to 0 I click the green cycle arrows (thresh it?) Delete material thing and the other file said to delete I forget the names then I... Oh I change the user versions at some point. Then I assign the shader to the nitrashape then bishops data normals no and uv sets 1 then go into bs dismemberment and change the skin partitions from bp torso to 32-38-34 in that order. Then I delete shader rplace it with the original link it to prop link 1 then I save move it into mesh folder and go in game, but I am using chest_0.nif not _1 should I try starting with the _1 first or will they not show up at all unless they are both modded?
  7. So I have been working on steel plate armor re mesh just using the sculpting tool in blender then I put it back in nifskope try to open it in game but I characters body is just missing what am I doing wrong. Any help is appreciated

So I made a simple replacer texture ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=11432 ) and now I am trying to figure out how to make it stand alone, what tools would I need and is there a tutorial already out there, I have creation kit gimp 2 and skyedit I Appreciate any help you could give me
  11. i am a major newb and i got a question, so if i dont have a custom mesh but i do have a custom Texture that i want to be stand alone how would i go about that also, how do i get my custom texture to the new item heres what i have done so far. made copys of all the armor peices i want retextured and stand alone made a directory for the textures with the same names made a mesh diretory with the original meshs but just renamed them started editing one item in the male model and female model i changed the original directory to the new one for meshes but cant figure out how to set texture directory. and not sure if this is the proper way
