I'd post a response.. but I'm too busy laughing..... I'm also soo MAD that this free use site that I pay nothing to use at my leisure doesn't always work properly... knda like Netflix going down occasionally... only worse.. caue I gotta PAY for netflix.. and geeze.. a free service going down occasionally.. the humanity of it!!! .. such a ripoff... I should sue for having difficulty using a free site that's not perfect.... *snickers * :laugh:

I loved the Mercedes Lackey series' Bardic Voices and her other series Vows and Honor . tho there's only 2 books in the series and they do have some.. uhm.... graphic erotica ... The Wen Spencer "Tinker" series is very good. Just a few I enjoyed.

I heard about this... technically it's not Microsoft.. a Student from Asia currently in America found texts to be extremely expensive so he contacted family overseas who were able to buy the same texts at HALF the price .. they bought a LOT of texts which they sent him.. he resold them and pocketed the money.. The company that issues the books sued saying he cannot resell books he's already paid for legally... even as used... all money he makes selling a book second hand that he paid for and bought legally MUST go to them.. he can't buy a book from them then after he's done with it resell it.. (Used) it's currently in the courts and if he actually loses it would set a precedent making it possible for ANY company to sue and win if you resell anything they sell as a used second hand item without giving them the cash. Basically this would make yard sales, flea markets used car lots.. even Auctions... illegal and subject to a lawsuit. even going to your local comic shop and buying used comics and books a no go...... it would become illegal. Used games would be the same.

I find it sad that some people insist on cheating in ANY game.. I play a game now in closed Beta and some people were already requesting aimbots be made available for the game.. Seen in some of the FPS games I've played aimbots... I'll not bother naming the games.. but when you run past at the edge of weapons range and move at extreme speed attempting to evade getting your arse handed to you by scouters but are still able to engage and kill lowbies while doing this.. no way you are aiming manually...especially when you are at max weapons range... well outside your.. "Visual " range.. sadly this game had a variety of built in macros one which was altered to instead of "Heal Nearest Ally" was altered to "Target Nearest Enemy" such a macro or control command was not in said game.. no hotkey to acquire next or nearest target... Other games I've seen the same... the funniest was where I actually watched a member of my own team killed by 4 enemy because he kept chasing an enemy around building.. firing mindlessly into the indestructible building. (yeah some buildings were destructible some were not.. easy to know what ones were.) but he was mirroring the other person;s movements and firing nonstop.. when the other people showed he did not disengage and attempt to flee or fight back.. he kept after that one enemy nonstop til the other people killed him. pretty silly.... also seen in the same game people firing nonstop into hills at targets they can't conceivably hit let alone see yet..

It's not banned... two versions both special versions The 4 gig and another model a 250 gig and only a specific type according to the lawsuit. Illegally used without consent or payment Motorola's WiFi networking hardware ,the "Ban" is still before Congress "weird that it is but not unheard of" and some people suggest that the request to ban will not pass.. but also it's only for "Import" which baffles me... the device is American owned and operated.. but manufactured in another country and as such can be Banned from being Imported to the country of origin . LOL There's outsourcing for you.. hahaha. Well... either way I guess if you use someone else's hardware you better ask first....
