Assuming you've gone along with Mr. House up to the point where he gives you the Presidential Suite in his casino, has anyone else experienced the problem where you can't click on the available upgrade selections on the computer mounted on the wall next to the door directly across from the elevator? It won't let me click on it or anything to purchase them... Help?

I've seen pictures before, but I haven't been able to find anything with the search feature. I'm just wondering if there is a mod that makes the lips of female races glossy when applied with makeup or in general. As well as better/more realistic eye-lashes?

Below is a post from in-game, and I'm not sure if anyone else has thought of this before. It came to me when I was moving the camera around randomly, and I thought it'd be cool. (If possible.) If you look at my player character (Center, in front of Shale), you'll see the effects of his hands around the shoulder armor of my character? (Have spirit crystal-thing in his weapon slot to give his hands that effect) I just thought it'd be cool to add effects like that to armor, around the shoulders of even from the crown of helmets.
