So Im in a little biz called Skyrim Photography, yay! so I like to make all sorts of scenes, from battle to Idle, and I notice a lot of people dont actually know how to take full control of their skyrim, always asking how to do this and that. I just got done redownloading skyrim and putting all my mods back on through nexus, I start the game and everything loads but as soon as the smoke and everything loads in on the main screen it dips from my normal framerate to 8 fps, now im updating my driver and such but I never had this problem with this driver before and im almost positive its not the mods So does anyone have any solution?

oh i fixed it, I reinstalled the Drivers for my Video Card

Ok so I tried to over clock my Card with the over clock program, and its doing this now in the witcher, does anyone know how to fix this, if i need to go into some config file or such, ive already tried reinstalling the files and such My Card is a Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/kk215/ChewieMuse/witcher22011-06-0817-26-23-33.jpg
