Is it possible to get a mod, or at least a quick tut on how to tweak the walking movement speed after 1.5. I love walking in RPGs and love the fact that they finally added a walk button in the latest update. But it bothers me a lot of see V's feet slide across the ground because the default walk speed is so fast ð

I figured it out! :D it was HDT High Heels somehow causing the problem. I deactivated the hdtHighHeels.esm and the problem got removed, so then I had to unistall the mod completely and any mods that depended on it (so it didn't broke my game) and the problem is completely gone. no longer have to use sgtm to get my game running at normal speed again.

done, doesn't work :/ could it be an .ini file affecting the game speed? or maybe is there a console command to permanently set my game time multiplier to a certain value?

for some reason the game seems to be slowed down, lip sync is off and the charaters (game in general) moves very slow. whenever I use the console command sgtm 1.2 the game goes back to normal with perfect lip sync and normal movement speed. but it resets back to normal whenever I enter combat. does anybody know if it's a mod causing this problem and/or how can I fix it so I don't have to write sgtm every 5 minutes?

I'm trying to make my own custom armor by mixing meshes, I already read some tutorials and I did everything as they said and got to make the armor just how I want it, the prob is, it doesn't show on the game :s my character appears naked when I equip it, what can I be doing wrong?
