stupid question, I am sure..but what files exactly do I copy and rename then move? I am at work at the moment so I don't have access to files but thought I would ask now so I make sure I can do it correctly later

I am new to the modding world. I have been adding mods like they are going out of style! I love them. Just a whole new world. However, I would really love a mod where the female character looks and animates more like a warrior type. I have found a boatload of mods to make females look even more feminine. Is there one that would make her well, more masculine? To look like a warrior that has a build to match it? I know the majority of players are male and hence the mods for bigger boobs and better bodies but I was hoping someone would understand that it's hard to feel "dragonborn" for me, as the player, trying to get immersed into game when my character looks so weak and frilly. The walk just kills me, and not in a good way.
