  1. This thread might be practically dead, but if you're one of the few people (like myself) still looking for this mod, I can 100% tell you a New Vegas version of this mod does in fact exist, and it does work, as I just finished testing it. There are a few... strings attached to this however, and it's something you can either deal with, or have it be a deiciding factor to just converting the mod over yourself and setting it up for use with New Vegas. 1.) The mod is in French. I found this on a french modding website, through translating and searching, I found the link. This is the website: http://www.confrerie-des-traducteurs.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8621#top This is the direct link to the download if you have trouble finding it: http://www.confrerie-des-traducteurs.fr/fallout-nv/mods/armurerie/armes_et_armures/fallout_2142_(portage_nv) This also changes the Battlefield 2142 weapons and armors to french, and it also changes the schoolhouse to french. Nothing else changes language wise, so it's safe to use for your game. 2.) You still need the Fallout 3 mod resources The links above only give you the necessary .esm to put the same weapons from the Fallout 3 Battlefield 2142 mod into Fallout New Vegas. They do NOT include the meshes / sounds / textures / etc. You'll need to follow the bellow link to get the resource files needed to make this mod run. This link (also in French) lets you grab the needed Fallout 3 Battlefield 2142 mod, although you probably could use the one from Nexus, this is the one I tested with, and also the one that was suggested with the New Vegas version of Battlefield 2142 mod: http://www.confrerie-des-traducteurs.fr/fallout/mods/armurerie/armes_et_armures/fallout_2142 3.) No Iron-Sights This kinda bummed me out, but every gun does not have iron-sights, or rather 'true' iron-sights, except for the Sniper Rifles (Which go into scope mode) Pressing aim will just zoom the screen in a bit, but these are from Fallout 3, and Fallout 3 didn't have iron-sights, so that's why. There are a bunch of knifes which are pretty cool, along with backpacks, armors, and helmets. All of them work and look great, and even without iron-sights, I still use my favorite heavy machine gun and shotgun from the Fallout 3 version. God-damn it feels so good to finally have these in New Vegas. Where to find the items? They are in the schoolhouse in Goodsprings, the one with all the mantis, it's down the road if you head right when you leave Doc Mitchells house. Cheers~
  2. Amazing, just amazing work everybody. In this crisis we banded together and stood up for our community, and we showed those who wanted to turn a profit from our hard work and love what it meant to fight and die for what you believe in. I'm speechless, and I am proud to be a member of this incredible community. Long live the Nexus.
  3. If you'd like to adventure with Drizzt and Co. try my newest mod: CotH - Companions of the Hall http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32751 This mod will not allow you to take items however, so please use the above mods if you are wishing to play as Drizzt.
  4. I'm wondering the same thing. I JUST added my mod to Nexus yesterday and I have 14 Unique Downloads and 31 Downloads. Part of me wonders if people are re-downloading because of issues, but upon testing and external help, everything checks out. It's weird to think between 14 people, we would have downloaded it twice?
  5. Thank you many times good sir for finding this out. I was in the process of benchmarking my Skyrim with 160+ mods and then all of a sudden I couldn't bring up the map. Changing textures, switching .ini files did the trick, but I never would have guessed it was the blood textures line. I am now using a blank texture for the blood on screen and haven't had an issue since. Thank you good sir. Kudos.
  6. Thanks for the Links! Just what I was looking for, I'm planning on having a huge Wedding in Skyrim and want the folks to look a little more classy.
  7. Thanks for the link! Just what I needed mate. Kudos +
  8. Please do not act so high and mighty without letting us mere "Mortal Men" know how golden your wisdom is. Frankly, I tried to do just that, simply switch the equip type to right hand. It's a lot more complex then that and Stemin is the entire reason I was able to change a few modded weapons from 2-hand to 1-hand. I did have to extract the files from the .bsa, then edit the .nif and change the "WeaponBack" field to "WeaponSword" Worked like a charm from there, the rest I already had corrected. The .nif was the SOLE reason I was unable to simply replace the equip type to right hand. Thank you Stemin.
  9. runningaround you are my Hero of the Day! I was pulling my hair out because I couldn't place weapons on my weapon plaques, so I figured if I could just throw the weapons on the ground and console them into position, it would ok, but then I found I couldn't even toss items onto the ground! This fix worked for all my problems, which were HUGE, considering my favorite past time in this game is to find and collect rare souls to enchant into their own weapons, like Potema, and then proudly display them on my weapon racks. Stay Gold, my good man!
