I think a mod like that already exist. Put NoDegradation or something like that on search.

Maybe. Deactivate your fomods and try reinstall your mods one by one. If one crashes then that's the one that crashes it

You said you unchecked all the mods and it still crashes right?

Why don't you try reinstalling the game? If what you're saying is true that the game crashes even if it doesn't load up any mods, then there is something wrong with the game itself.

Check user upload and scroll all the way down to Sin. It's somewhat similar.
