In response to post #37268545. #37269435, #37277270 are all replies on the same post. Fallout4_en.DLSTRINGS Fallout4_en.ILSTRINGS Fallout4_en.STRINGS Those 3 files should be in it AND the other languages files (3 for each language, but they're not mandatory unless you're using one of them, like Italian for example) I've had my some of my stings files simply DELETED from the game folder by Mod Organizer 2 several times, but it happened too with NMM when uninstalling all of my mods

In response to post #37268545. I had a similar issue some days ago, turns out that NMM deleted some files in my STRINGS folder, u might wanna double check it and see if it's all there
