  1. Yeah, that all seems to be in order, too. Especially since the other 130 mods are all working fine. Even the mods themselves are working fine. It's only this one highly specific issue with transparency. While writing that I searched for other mods with objects with transparencies...and unsurprisingly, the glasses from Apocalypse Accessories - Glasses - Scarves - Bags have the exact same issue (just completely black).
  2. I'm sorry. I'm just really frustrated when I give someone a lot of information and show I did my research and tried a lot of different things; and they come back with "have you tried turning it on and off again?" treating me like an idiot, or at the very least someone completely uninformed. I know you were trying to help out of your own volition. I thought by stating I re-downloaded and re-installed it, that the files being there was already established. Anyways, right after posting I edited my post with screenshots showing the files are there and seem to be in order.
  3. Look at what I wrote: Why do I even bother writing out everything, when someone just spouts the first thing in their mind without reading what I wrote? And yes, I also uninstalled everything, every single mod except Raider Overhaul and See-Through scopes and the problem was still there.
  4. Well, I'm having a problem where certain objects turn completely black. But instead of trying to describe my problem, just watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=027iISE7M9c http://i.imgur.com/oJRiVcE.jpg http://i.imgur.com/lWPma5I.jpg This problem also shows up on the See-Through Scopes and the Raider Overhaul. Something all "broken" objects share in common are they have transparency and both mods recently adopted the "materials" folder. I checked archive validation and everything is set up right (went through this multiple times, checking every step): http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation The files are there; I re-downloaded the mods just now and it's still the same. The normal Gas-Mask-With-Goggles or previous versions of See-Through Scopes and Raider Overhaul weren't/aren't giving me this issue. My GPU is an AMD Radeon R9 200 Series with the newest driver. I can barely find anything on this problem, and everyone else that seems to have it, hasn't found any solution either (except in one case, where apparently the download got corrupted).
  5. Are you using the beta? Mods are disabled in the beta since they want to test how well the game works by itself; throwing mods into the mix would render the point of the beta useless.
  6. I have a very similar, if not the same issue. I first noticed it on the See-Through Combat Scopes, but Raider Overhaul masks seem to have the same problem for me. I mentioned it in the comments and the author was kind and trying to help me. I think might have found the source of the culprit, but not why or how to fix it...or even a guarantee that I'm right: I really feel that "Materials" and the lighting somehow can get screwed up for objects that have some kind of transparency (scopes, gas masks, scouter). Especially that the item in question seems to have textures in the transfer window, but not in the game-world (or when using "inspect"), as can be seen here: http://imgur.com/a/tU1jR. P.S. I'm using a AMD so it does not seem to be GPU/driver related. Edit: After further digging, I noticed that one mask (the Bozo) from Raider Overhaul that is a re-texture of the "Gas Mask with Goggles" worked perfectly fine, but another mask, that was also a re-texture, had the problem. Looking a the files, the difference is that the broken ones have three separate textures for the lenses, while the single working one lacks those; this is further making me believe that the source of the problem is indeed related to transparency.
  7. As happy as I am to see this mod revived, I beg to you guys; throw out the stupid names. Instead of some cryptic "This version is a mix between the danger of Golden Age/Dark Age and the immersion of Rainbow Mode." [SIC] just call it "shorter respawn rates" or "Difficulty: Hard". If people first need read an entire manual until they start to understand your made-up mumbo-jumbo, then don't be surprised if they get pissed. If I find something interesting, I don't mind some more reading, neither do some of you I guess, but 70% of the people are lazy bums that insult your mother if they don't get what they want, and since this is the internet, you can bump that up to 90%. That said; after I checked out some of this team's stuff, I'm confident that you can pull this off.
  8. I knew the plate armor boobs were ridiculous fantasy...fantasies. Real women would have fought in chainmail bikins... http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/4796/lukerossredsonjaissue30.jpg Best armor, ever. For the "oohh poor women" and "oohh, they weren't that much poorer", both sides use extreme generalisation. Yes, women might still have less rights than men do, but when I turn on the TV I either see an advertisement for some kitchen cleaner and some woman telling how great it is and how she couldn't believe how she was able to clean the kitchen without it before she had it and how faster she's able to clean now and then I change the channel and see some Shakira/Ke$sha/Rihanna/Britney/Mariah Carey presenting their ass like horny bonobo to push record sales. Hard to feel sorry for a group when at the same time their poster child is whoring herself out. At the same time, those ones who can't recognise this shallow sham are just as guilty.
