Edit: Position filled. I'm looking for someone to play a male Nord who will recite many names for the Feast of the Dead, which is a holiday held in the Palace of Kings in Windhelm. The voice files will be used for my holiday mod found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51472/? Bare in mind that the role is not very exciting since you will just be reciting around 100 or so Nord names.
This might work: create your own sound descriptor, add some conditions (i.e. IsRaining = 1), attach it to a sound marker then place that sound marker near doors/windows/etc.
I made the decision a few days ago but thanks everyone. Since vampires are considered at least partially undead, cannot be seen through detect life and can live under frozen lakes, I came to the conclusion that their internal body temperatures are likely not high enough to hold moisture in their breaths, regardless of whether they require oxygen or not :)
Currently the water in the blacksmith's trough is a non-animated texture while the horse trough has regular animated water. I opened up blacksmithforgemarker.nif in nifscope but I'm not sure what to do next as I have little experience messing around with meshes. I was wondering A. is it currently possible to replace the blacksmith's trough water and B. if it's possible, could someone provide a brief summary of the steps that need to be taken? Thanks.
