Futile post, I found the answer to my own question.

I've been looking for something since New Vegas, but now I am desparate for it in 4 now that we can armor our own vault suits. Is there a tool or tutorial that would be able to guide or walk me through to my goal of having a Vault suit with a number of my own on it. Or, if someone would know how to do it and would be kind enough to simply make a Vault 27 jumpsuit, I suppose that would do as well. But if possible, I'd like to save someone else the work and do it myself so they don't have to sacrifice their time for my enjoyment :tongue: Does anyone know of a way I can accomplish this?

How discriminating :P you seem more like a Paladin Danse type (but that's me being pre-judgemental). I don't know of a way just yet, but I will keep my eyes out for anything that may help.

The only solution that comes to mind is resetting your level to whatever it was before your crafting session using console commands. However your perk points would remain to which you would have to spend them then use another command with a perk specific code to remove it from your character. I don't know of any simple and effortless ways to accomplish your request, however I haven't looked into the deeply unused commands enough to know if there is something as simple as disable XP. While doubtful, it is possible.

For a long while now, I have searched but couldn't find for Skyrim a set of the armor that's worn by the girl on the cover art of The Elder Scrolls: Arena. I have really been looking forward to someone producing a CBBE compatible version of the outfit and would be very grateful if someone may induct this as a stand alone mod or into one of their larger armor mods. I have had the box to the game on top of my desk for almost two years now, and whenever I notice it, I always go to search to see if anything similar has been released, but no results. Thank you ahead of time for considering making this outfit a playable selection to the users of Skyrim.
