  1. Thanks I'll give that a try. If this works I still need to figure out how the werewolf script works though.
  2. If anyone knows of a pre-existing mod, please post that too.
  3. I already knew all of this, but thanks anyway. I'm trying to find out how to edit the werewolf script (it wont let me) and what to edit it with. I guess i should have been clearer.
  4. So far it is possible to be a werewolf and vampire at the same time if you lower your disease resistance somehow, but whenever beast form is used, it resets you back to your original race, removing your vampirism. I was wondering if anyone knew how to combat this effect, and if there is already a mod out there which fixes this.
  5. Personally I'd find it annoying that they're saying something else. I'd rather just have them not speak at all. I do understand some small parts of Japanese, so that would make it even worse for me. I know some basic grammar, words, phrases and the number system.
  6. Wait... You're telling me you're running on Windows NT. Nexus Mod Manager doesn't even run on XP. This has got to be either a troll, really bad knowledge og computers, or somehow a typo.
  7. No they are not because even when I turn to first person view the conversation are in 3rd person. If you remember conversation in oblivion they were only involving the heads I like the idea not quite but in skyrim it is worse since the distance is larger and I do not like it. In oblivion you could say you do not like how baurus, emperor looked like because you could see their faces, now in skyrim you can hardly see faces compared to oblivion style. That is what I meant. I'm not sure if you know what first person is. First person means you see from your characters eyes. It does not mean zoomed in. If you are in first person, and initiate a conversation, you still see it out of your characters eyes, but it will not zoom in. If you mean you want it to zoom in on their face only (which i guess you do), then it will probably be able to be done when the CK comes out (tuesday).
  8. The conversations are 1st person if you play in 1st person. Just go into 1st person mode when you want to talk to someone.
  9. Won't kill it thats for sure. There are plenty of mods that won't be allowed on steam. It is, however, too early to predict HOW much it will affect the skyrim section of the nexus.
  10. Is that some combination of Alt+F4 and Ctrl+Alt+Del?
  11. If they behave the same way they do in Skyrim, definitely. You know, cant actually burn stuff down, can't get inside, can find their way around large rocks...
  12. First of all, the meshes are in a .nif format, and the textures are .dds. You will need programs that can read these formats, and edit them seperately second, they are all compressed into .bsa archives, which you need yet another program to extract from. and finally, to actually get custom stuff into the game, you will need either the CK (not out yet) or SkyEdit. I suggest you look up the modding wiki.
  13. Mainly Kynareth, but also Talos, just to piss off the Thalmor.
