  1. I have an armor called Holy Armor from a game called Rappelz that I like very much. Could someone skilled make this armor please? Thanks in advance. Screenshots I took myself: http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/5817/holyarmorf.jpg http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/9797/holyarmorb.jpg Other screenshot: http://images.mmosite.com/rappelz/items/Holy_Armor.jpg Please note that the gloves and boots that I'm wearing aren't really suited to the colour of this armor. The last screenshot's boots/gloves seem to suit more.
  2. Is that from a new game, or a game which was saved while mods were in effect? Did you do a power attack while at 49 to compare with the normal, and power attack (the one that happens when you hold the attack button) at 50? A 1 hand weapon will be used differently in sneak attack than a 2 hand weapon. Only use the glass longsword. I use all 3 weapons under a saved games with all mods loaded first, then a new game. Using the fatigue cost for a normal swing with 49 acrobatics is 10 approx, and 50 approx for a power attack swing in sneak mode. The fatigue cost for a power attack swing with 49 acrobatics is the same as that of 50 acrobatics, be it normal swing or power attack. The fatigue cost of a new character did not differ with the fatigue cost of a level 16 character, give both characters used glass long sword.
  3. This is exactly the case. I tried with fist, glass claymore, Volendrung, glass dagger, dremora mace, dremora long sword, chillrend, etc. Now I see you haven't read my previous posts in this topic. I mentioned the 2 hotkey mods I use are Hov's hotkey and quick wardrobe updated, both can be found on tesnexus. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13443 http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10738 One mod I did not mention is expanded hotkeys and spell delete. I only used it once, to test if I like it, but I didn't, so I didn't use it anymore. That *may* be the time the scripts in this mod had leftover changes to the game's script. that I cannot find. I never ran Oblivion in OBSE because since EHSD was the only mod that required OBSE, and I didn't use it. However, I still had the plugin esp of EHSD checked, until recently I switched to quick wardrobe updated and Hov's hotkey, then I checked expanded hotkeys and spell delete and ran Oblivion in OBSE. Game verion 1.2.404 with shivering Isles Load order see picture in the link below http://img127.imagevenue.com/img.php?image..._122_1107lo.JPG Specs is E6300 and 8800GT 512MB, onboard audio, Windows XP SP2, latest version of DX9c. Resolution 1280x1024 no AA HDR + 16xAF As for the fatigue test, it's not necessary, because I can easily tell the difference by looking at fatigue bar. However I tested anyway just for your curiosity: Weapons used are Glass long sword (40lb), Glass Claymore (50lb), and Volendrung (60lb), fatigue cost for all 3 weapons are very close if not the same. A "normal swing" and a power attack swing, which is what I'm always doing with 50 acrobatics, is 50 fatigue approx. out of my total 343 fatigue. Then I used console to set my acrobatics to 49, and a normal swing costs 10 fatigue approx, with all 3 weapons; a power attack cost 50 fatigue approx. For all my previous characters I never reached journeyman acrobatics, and never used melee sneak attack, so technically I never experienced this issue before. I think this is what most people's situation is. i.e. never ran into this problem.
  4. 1. I am not arguing with you. I never said the power attack delay is different for standing mode and sneaking mode. 2. I don't know why you don't believe me about me not mistaken a normal attack as a power attack. Here I again assure you that I do not mix up a normal attack with a power attack, in sneak mode. Yes, I can still manually do power attack in sneak mode by holding down mouse button, but, the normal attack in sneak mode are power attack, despite I issued a normal attack. 3. Explain to me specifically in which part I lied about mod usage. I simply do not understand what you saying here. And whatever you think I didn't mention, is there a thing that I should mention and you should know? If so, why not tell me. I seek help here, for what reason would I lie about anything? 4. I know there is something wrong, but I do not know it. Here I clarify, that I am experiencing this bug. I NEVER said every1 has to have this bug. And if no-one posted anything about this bug before, doesn't mean this bug/glitch doesn't exist for the sake of it. If you read one of my previous posts, I said that I think most people don't notice it, or don't give a poo about it, or they don't backstab that much to be bugged by it. This is what I thought the reason that no-one posted this issue before. http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/rpg/theeld...&pid=927345 This is the only post I could find about this issue. The poster appears to be running Oblivion ob Xbox 360. See for yourself.
  5. I set it to 5 seconds. And of course I know if the changed setting is working or not. A power attack takes 5 seconds of holding left mouse button means it is working. And as I said in my previous posts, it doesn't matter what weapon I use, even if I use a bound dagger with 0 weight, I still do power attack every time I do a normal attack in sneak mode when my acrobatics is 50 or higher. About mod conflicts, I do get some conflicts in OBMM, but since I do not use OBMM normally, I ll have to look into the conflicts.
  6. Setting to +5 doesn't work. Of course, I deleted the entire Oblivon folder when I uninstalled, and replaced oblivion.ini with oblivion_default.ini. I have no game controllers attached. I don't think my system configuration has anything to do with the bug. However if anyone requires a specific configuration/setting I will post here.
  7. Thanks for the reply. What you said may be valid for some people, but not in my case. I changed fPowerAttackDelay to 0.6 in CS, and this bug still occurs. My initial thought is that it has nothing to do with framerate or game reponse/slowdown. My setup is more than enough to run Oblivion smoothly, and I cannot mix up a single mouse click with a hold-down mouse click. I used console to manually alter acrobatics level (modpcs acrobatics #), and whenever my acrobatics is 50 or higher, this bug occurs. At 49 or lower, it doesn't occur.
  8. Reinstalling the game does not solve the bug. My conclusion is that this is a game's limitation, although a very bad limitation. I don't get what you say here. The animation of normal attack and power attack in sneak mode is definitely different. Power attack consumes way more fatigue, and takes noticeably longer to perform, while a normal attack's animation is just as fast as a normal attack in standing mode. However, as I asked, if anyone can specifically test this issue for me it ll be greatly appreciated.
  9. I tried with low sneak and 50 acrobatics. This still occurs. I know the majority of the people who play sneaky characters use ranged (bow) attack, and hardly melee attacks, because it's much harder to pull. However with my 78 sneak I can easily backstab most enemies. Therefore, can someone do some simple testing, create a new character, run oblivion without any mods, and use console and type "modpcs acrobatics 50" (without quotes), to set acrobatics skills higher than 50, then try melee attack in sneak mode. If this is a common problem with the game, then I will look for alternative solutions, maybe I'll just live with it. However, if this is a bug that exists only on MY end, then I definitely need help to fix this.
  10. Yes, I have just changed the key I think may caused this. However, this still exists. I tried resetting the control keys in game, it doesn't work. I will explain what keys Hov's hotkey and quick wardrobe updated changed. Hov's hotkey: Didn't change any original control keys, but I set so it uses numpad 1, 2, and 3 for 3 spells. Quick wardrobe: I have to press V + 1-8 num keys to change a complete set of equipment. Since this is done by pressing V and the num keys, it doesn't conflict I think. I also looked through oblivion.ini and compared with oblivion_default.ini, and did not find any changes associated to changing control keys. If anyone might need, here's my setting in [controls] setion in oblivion.ini [Controls] fVersion=1.8000 iLanguage=0 bBackground Mouse=0 bBackground Keyboard=0 bUse Joystick=1 Forward=0011FFFF Back=001FFFFF SlideLeft=001EFFFF SlideRight=0020FFFF Use=002C00FF Activate=0039FFFF Block=003801FF Cast=002EFFFF Ready Item=0021FFFF Crouch/Sneak=001DFFFF Run=002AFFFF Always Run=003AFFFF Auto Move=0010FFFF Jump=0012FFFF Toggle POV=001302FF Menu Mode=000FFFFF Rest=0014FFFF Quick Menu=003BFFFF Quick1=0002FFFF Quick2=0003FFFF Quick3=0004FFFF Quick4=0005FFFF Quick5=0006FFFF Quick6=0007FFFF Quick7=0008FFFF Quick8=0009FFFF QuickSave=003FFFFF QuickLoad=0043FFFF Grab=0022FFFF bInvertYValues=0 fJoystickLookLRMult=0.0200 fJoystickLookUDMult=0.0200 fJoystickMoveLRMult=1.0000 fJoystickMoveFBMult=1.0000 fMouseSensitivity=0.0031 iJoystickLookLeftRight=3 iJoystickLookUpDown=6 iJoystickMoveLeftRight=1 iJoystickMoveFrontBack=2 fXenonMenuStickMapCursorMinSpeed=1.0000 fXenonMenuStickMapCursorMaxSpeed=15.0000 fXenonMenuStickMapCursorGamma=0.1700 fXenonMenuStickSpeedPlayerRotMod=3000.0000 fXenonMenuStickSpeedMaxMod=5.0000 fXenonMenuDpadRepeatSpeed=300.0000 fXenonMenuStickSpeed=300.0000 iXenonMenuStickDeadZone=15000 fXenonMenuMouseXYMult=0.0003 Edit: Worst thing is, I replaced oblivion.ini with oblivion_default.ini renamed to oblivion.ini, and it didn't fix this problem.
  11. Thanks for the reply. I do not use deadly reflex. However I use hov's hotkey and quick wardrobe updated, and various pose mods, such as actors in charge, etc. I even disabled all the esp and ran Oblivion without OBSE, and a fresh game, this still happens. However, I do not know the exact cause, you gave me very good hint. I will try to look for the problem, and meanwhile, if anyone can help me it will be greatly appreciated.
  12. Hello. I have reached 50 journeyman acrobatics, but I can no longer do regular sneak attack. Whenever I just attack regularly in sneak mode, I ALWAYS do a power attack, which consumes way more fatigue, has much slower swing and does the same damage compared to regular sneak attacks. In console, I have done some testing. I loaded a save game with 49 acrobatics, and I could do regular attacks in sneak mode. Then I increased acrobatics to 50 in console, I could no longer to regular attacks. Every attack is a power attack. I disabled all the mods and started a fresh game, and this still happens. I used console to change my acrobatics to 50. As soon I become a journeyman of acrobatics or higher, I'm forced to do power attack even if I do a normal attack in sneak mode. Of course this bug affects all blade and blunt weapons, 1 handed or 2 handed. Bows do not have power attack so they are not related to this bug. This bug is a big let down of the game. I need a fix to this please.
