Hello all! I am currently creating a mod to bring a new edge to playing an assassin character in Skyrim, but I have run into a problem. Part of my plan was to create a special spell, and as I did so I discovered that I was unable to apply the Whirwind Sprint shout effect to a spell (cast in the hand, not as a power). I do believe that this can be done, but I am lost as to how I can accomplish it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
