Thanks a lot, you're a mind-opener LOL

LOL Is there a way to increase texture resolution with Photoshop? Can it be done with normal maps?
-
Thanks dude, you're great :) Last question: I did several normal maps to the cuirass but it doesn't change so much in-game (the file size is always 1.3 mb when i save it) Is it normal?
-
Oh my god... i worked with the texture file without _n suffix. I've always worked with cuirassplate.dss and not with cuirassplate_n.dss I'm an ass, right?

Could you tell me what should i do with the alpha channels? I really don't know..

Picture of the normal maps layer and overlay technique for better textures: http://www.mediafire.com/i/?a9k9qaurbbbp25r Picture after using alpha channels (i used the method described in the video i linked) and after i normalized it with normal maps, just before saving: http://www.mediafire.com/i/?axzjaq7zmla958u

What's the PSD? Yeah, i flattened the image in one single layer. If it can help, when i save it in DXTC 5, my character was "wearing" only the textures of the armor and not the polygonal model ...so i was only head, arms and legs. http://205.196.120.19/1ac52e2f3407299f4f3c610084bc00b0b72a902ad39c843f5ea1e3b998b8caea5g.jpg Screenshot loading up here.

DDS ... they're textures. DXTC 5 for a normal map. DXTC 3 also works if the alpha channel is very basic. I used DXTC 5 and it saved it, but still doesn't work. I followed this tutorial video and i did the same stuff: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivfOQGS7Fx0 If it helps, i'm trying to mod the Iron Cuirass.

Hi guys. I'm using normal maps to change the textures of Skyrim but when i save my work, Photoshop says "Alpha channel are not saved" or something like that, so the textures remain with the normal maps colors. Can you help me, please?

Hi guys. I see a lot of mods that change textures resolution (from 1024 to 2048 for example), i just wanna know what kind of tool/ program should be used to do this. Thanks to everyone.
