Im using the bokeh circle dof and wondering a couple of things such as making the point of focus larger and making the blur less blurry, basically what are the best settings for it? On a side note is there a way to have the blur not blur npcs, i found it really annoying :P Thanks for any help you can give me! :D

I was wondering if there is a mod which makes screen effects like water running down your face. Like this video or any other screen effects.Also is there a dynamic shadow mod :)? thanks for any help you can give me!

Why don't you try the FWE option menu. I didn't think power armor would be on there, but ill give it a go thanks.
