I decided to go back to Skyrim for some light modding and when playing for the first few hours today I realised that some of the special vanilla books that are rare could do with some truly unique cover designs e.g. The Lusty Argonian Maid for example. Now why did I choose this? Well its funny, its rare and its perhaps the most recognisable book in the TES series! Other books could include Physicalities of Werewolves with a depiction of a sketched lycanthrope. Also include Wabbajack! Which would have a Sheogorath style and color to it. I am aware of other mods that completely overhaul the appearance and in some cases meshes of the books in skyrim but that mod is currently too big and detailed for my cpu to handle. Ive been experimenting with the Lusty maid cover using existing fan art across the internet to try and design a cover concept for practise and fun as well as brush up on my texture skills. I would like to see if anybody is interested in making a few short retextures with me?

Id have a stab at it myself but just starting university so not sure if possible as well as humongous task... Im sure once modders have had a tumble on ESO they may be drawn back to Skyrim and mod the heck out of it. I hope for that.

Since previewing the ESO footage of Coldharbor which is the realm of Molag Bal, It has given me ideas to try and remake Molag Bal's plain of Oblivion by use of Dawnguard Soul Cairn environment and resources. I actually now believe that the Soul Cairn is also an extension of Coldharbor as the ESO footage and the Soul Cairn have very similar and familiar feels to one another. - they are both abundant in trapped/enslaved Souls - Dark, gothic and dread - Undead everywhere/undead can survive there (if entered the Soul Cairn as a living person, your life force can diminish unless either Soul trapped by Serana or you are a Vampire.) Hmm, might have to have to be a custom plain of Oblivion as although the Soul Cairn (Dawnguard) is perhaps the best choice, it would sorta not fit the Daedric armor as that is (to me) fire and brimstone whsit the Soul Cairn is all ghosty, Necro/Vampire feel. Apocrypha (Hermaeus Mora's realm) is mostly oily, fishy and squidy with no discernible land masses or rocks...

How about the Male veriaty of the Spriggan kind? Sure, they are ment to be nature spirits e.g. Mother Earth and all that lovely pegan ideals but since there are Ents in fantasy worlds aka Treebeard the most widely known to the mainstream population thanks to LOTR, maybe you can add male verities Im thinking of using the Troll skeleton because the claws and hulk of the troll kinda fit the male persona. Male Spriggans could be lumbering walking tree-trunks which use there massive branch-claws to slash and maul any passer by. The backstory for these guys could be simply that too many adventuring travellers and warriors have fallen to Spriggans so much that the a select few Spriggan Matrons are intelligent enough to capture souls of these unfortunate fellows and the Matrons then bound the souls out of tree bark and branches in essence making a tree-golem? I always assumed that Spriggans in some kind of way were fallen Bosmer/Wood Elf women... Just a thought.

Need more for the lizard people e.g. voiced companion would be nice or something in the depth of Ruin-Tail's Tail from TES VI: Oblivion.Semi- Anime mods, like to roleplay once in a while.V for Vendetta?

Ive been trying to access Fallout New Vegas Nexus for the last hour and a half but the site was really slow and unresponsive. All the other Nexus sites work just fine for me and even tested out other nexus sites of games I don't own e.g. mount & Blade, all work just fine for me. Recently now I have been getting just a white screen with the message displayed: ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Have I done something wrong to get this? Could the NV Server have interperated my refreshing the website page a number of times as an attempt of DDoS attacks?
