Can some please make nordic carved armor in HD ? I really like the armor but it just looks a little dull and need some spit and shine.

so i reinstall skyrim and when i when to load my saved game my 3rd person view cross hairs was about 2 feet off to the left when wielding a weapon normal there above my head is there a tweak or any way to revert it back to normal some plz help i have reinstalled skryim,steam,and even deleted all my mods i play in 3rd person 90% of time and i just can player with the cross hairs all mess up

For some reason when in 3rd person my cross hair is way off to the left when wield a weapons.Is there a way to tweak it to make it normal again?

Ok so the shout throw voice I find that audio is the worst for a shout.I was wonder if any one could make a mode or tell me how to change the sound file for that shout.I really dont care to hear my character say those annoying lines.Well any advise would be helpfull.I do like the shout for the fact i mosly player sneak characters.
