found the fix. you have to be in actors tab lol sorry about the repeated post.

creation kit is supposed to bring up a prompt asking to export face/data or whatever it is but when i highlight my actor and press it. no response. anybody else have this issue? my version is 1.6.89.0 is there an alternate way to do this also? maybe something in the drop down menus?
