Well, from when I did play as her during a quest it was just as if it was a flashback. I didn't have much time to mess around because I had started a cutscene right afterwards. What happened was Ciri was still there in the cutscene, but Geralt was standing there almost naked and talking, so I assume things like that will happen with any cutscene/dialog choice? I might try and play through the whole game with her, but yes I couldn't select items/spells or anything like that. I think once the actual mod kit comes out it'd be a lot easier to make playing her happen.

I was actually just thinking about doing this last night, hahaha. There are a couple I'd like too, so I'll try it out if I have time this week.

Shoot, I forgot about this. I'll look into it when the final dlc comes out, if no one else has yet. I'll be more available then.

for male or female?

I found the human female one, while working on the lucatiel texture I did. The male one I'm not sure. I only found the diffuse though. The hard part is since you can edit your character in game, I think just pasting over stuff won't work exactly how we want it. -though I was able to see the details of lucatiels face on my character. 7b0831e5 is the female one, and that's the 256x256, I couldn't find the larger...if there is one.

I would like this as well. I have a lot of textures I dumped already, and most of them sorted. So if you'd like, I could give you those as well to put them all together

Something like this? I can make a few variants. I actually was using one that made it a lot redder.

So I tried this myself last night, if you're still looking. But as you said, the parts just turn black. I erased the texture, applied alpha masks and other ways, but it still wouldn't "remove" it. I tried on some other armor pieces (lucatiels mask) but no luck. I looked around and other people agree, but there is something else affecting, or determining the alpha as well, besides the texture. So if you did get this to work, let me know. But other than that, sorry.
