So I just imported the Rose of Sithus from Oblivion and redid every thing so it will work in game and it does perfectly fine, however I am wanting to make it have a little one hit wonder effect like Mehrunes' Razor at the same value of 1 percent how would I go about applying that enchant to arrows or is it even possible.
