Really nice, a must have for me. Floating weapons are not my taste too. Did you try to simply remove the head from the model ? Without it it will be more easy to fix glitches.

I also want to ask how to use playgroup command in skyrim, instead of replace the mt_idle file. It seem that "playgroup forward 1" doesn't do anything... Any tips ?
