  1. Hey everyone. Let me start from the beginning. Recently, I had to re install Windows 8 and Steam/Skyrim. Everything went great - installed Skyrim vanilla, chose the ENB of my choice (Mistveil Shades of Autumn .250) and installed SKSE and BOSS. Activated my mods and launched the game. Everything was running great until I noticed a few things: 1.) Upon installing my ENB and ELFX, I noticed a distinct "banding" around all light sources (please see video here: http://www51.zippyshare.com/v/73124298/file.html). As you can see, its like there are layers. It happens with light and fog. I've tried enabling mods such as Fog Mesh Remover and Remove Interior and Ambient Fog but the problem just gets worse. So, I uninstalled ELFX and it got even worse! I suspect there is something wrong with some sort of texture but am not sure. 2.) The black color is all splotchy and grainy. It makes night time horrible and you can see the banding around the light sources (the moon and the clouds and fog are horrendous). During the day, all is fine. Previously, I had no problems with this. I used Mistveil ENB with ELFX and Fog Mesh and everything looked stellar.
  2. Happy Valentine to you, or in Persian tongue, happy Sepandar Mzgan.
  3. .................................boring.
  4. First off, go check this out: http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/29124599/what-is-everyones-favorite-skyrim-enb-modscreenshots Look at username Oodama_Rasengan's pictures!!! He says he combined these ENB's: "The enbs I used, in one way or another, were Jasmin 4.2 and 4.6 (and by extension, HD6), Gionight gta iv final, Superl3, and Skyrim Enhanced Shaders. Combining them consists mostly of swapping palettes and/or effect files and pieces of specific settings like [ssao_ssil] or [sky]." Im just amazed and baffled. I tried contacting him but hes been on haitus forever.
  5. Ok so here is my perdicament...I was browsing through the Internets and I stumbled upon these really awesome screenshots. This guy had mixed several ENB's to make some really lovely shots. Thing is, I cant seem to contact him. He hasnt been online for quite some time...So I need help identifying which ENB settings he used. He wrote the ENB's he used but he didnt specify specific settings. Can someone help me configure the settings and which files to use from the enb's that he said he used? Check it out here and scroll down and look at user "Oodama Rasengan" pics http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/29124599/what-is-everyones-favorite-skyrim-enb-modscreenshots?page=0
  6. Hey everyone, So here is my predicament. I'm looking to buy a new graphics card to play my games on. I currently have a 560 Ti Fermi with 1 GB of VRAM. I am wanting to get a nVidia 660 Ti 3gb card. My question: Is there a notable (performance wise) difference between a 2gb and a 3gb VRAM? I will be running tons of graphic enhancing mods and other mods when playing Skyrim. Also, how will this 3gb of VRAM affect other games? My specs: i5-2500k cpu, 8 gb ddr3 ram
