  2. In response to post #8161538. #8161556, #8161590, #8161595 are all replies on the same post. Thanks for the immense hark work that you guys did :) glad that comments are back though
  3. I am currently a novice modder but I've taken a look at jjinx's work I think I understand how it runs so I'll be trying some stuff out if I can replicate and then overcome the bugs reported here I will upload an updated BETA version as one of my files crediting Jjinx It would be a massive shame to let this mod go to waste. If you are interested in becoming a pre-beta tester please PM me or send me a shout at [email protected] (emails will be checked sooner than PMs) criteria -No mods currently installed OR (ONLY) Ish's respec mod installed - clean install preferred -Active -understand how .pex files work -understand how .esp files work -understand I won't be very active - currently have exams but I'm on study leave -compulsively writes stuff down (so you don't forget the bug) -prepared to clean install skyrim (if this mod REALLY f**ks up your skyrim) planning on recruiting no more than 10-15 testers may need more depending on bug count (I'd actually accept 20-30, as 2 groups, one for clean skyrim one group with Ish's mod installed, I may even get 5 more for compatibility with other mods) this is a very big mod so don't expect to see anything soon, and even if I accept you as a pre BETA tester I might give up before I send it out for testing please don't have your hopes too high TL;DR: I may be able to resurrect this mod and fix the bugs
  4. Ok I know this thread is 2 years old but hey I've got the 'data files' option enabled if that's what you're looking for... basically: 1. locate the skyrimprefs.ini file (default: Documents\My games\Skyrim) NOTE: There is another skyrimprefs.ini in the install directory but that is the wrong one 2. open it up with notepad 3. hold 'Ctrl' and press 'f' - the search function should come up 4. type in Launcher and press enter. the header: '[Launcher]' (without quote marks) should show up. 5. exit the search menu and UNDER the header copy ad paste: bEnableFileSelection=1 bShowAllResolutions=1 uLastAspectRatio=3 bLoadLooseFiles=1 OVER the existing text that is already there. 6. The 'Data Files' option when you open SkyrimLauncher.exe should now be accessible and mods can be installed.
  5. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9380 I think that's it isn't it?
  6. it's been gone since yesterday for me, I also get <no data> for latest version <EDIT> Check this link for more info: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/751961-site-issues-since-dawnguard/page__pid__5997896#entry5997896
  7. I had the same problem. Comparing my mods to yours I drew up a list of mods we have in common and came up with 21 mods. I then stated to test one by one and I found that Dovahkiin's Hideout is at fault. Disable it and tell me if it works again.
  8. 1. locate the skyrimprefs.ini file (default: Documents\My games\Skyrim) NOTE: There is another skyrimprefs.ini in the install directory but that is the wrong one 2. open it up with notepad 3. hold 'Ctrl' and press 'f' - the search function should come up 4. type in Launcher and press enter. the header: '[Launcher]' (without quote marks) should show up. 5. exit the search menu and UNDER the header copy and paste: bEnableFileSelection=1 bShowAllResolutions=1 uLastAspectRatio=3 bLoadLooseFiles=1 OVER the existing text that is already there. 6. The 'Data Files' option when you open SkyrimLauncher.exe should now be accessible and mods can be installed. Try that it worked for me, but now I have a problem. I couldn't see any mods when I clicked data files... this was resolved by using NMM to activate the mods... but now here's the other problem NMM (Skyrim) doesn't work; all my other nexus game managers work (FO 3 works, Oblivion works etc.) I've already given the crash trace report thing and am waiting for a response. Thanks for reading!
  9. No I'm sorry as far as I'm aware ALL mods are only for PC at the moment
