I have been trying for ages now but i dont know how to change the color of faces of individual npcs. I can change the skintone.dds in the character gens area of a particular npc and it shows up in the head preview that its changed but in the game it only changes the skin color of the body. Does anyone know what the problem is?

There is a bit of a problem with doing bow killmoves in that they only occur when the enemy that you are aiming the bow at has to be attacking you otherwise it just won't work. Does anyone know how to get past this problem in either tweaking skyim.ini, skyrimprefs.ini files or changing things in CK camera paths or game settings?
